DEUTSCH

ANTIPEEWEE besteht in der aktuellen Besetzung seit 2012 und hat bis dato drei Studioalben (Human Grill Party [2013], Madness Unleashed [2015] und Infected by Evil [2018]) veröffentlicht. Neben anderen jungen deutschen Thrash Metal Bands wird ANTIPEEWEE in den Medien immer wieder als maßgeblich repräsentative Band der New Wave of German Thrash Metal genannt. Ihr Stil mischt den typisch aggressiven Sound des deutschen Thrash Metal mit Einflüssen aus der US-amerikanischen Bay Area-Zeit. Lyrisch setzt sich die Band vor allem mit den Horrorgestalten aus der Feder H.P. Lovecrafts auseinander. Ihren Sitz haben ANTIPEEWEE in Abensberg bei Regensburg.

ANTIPEEWEE have been existing since 2012 with the current five band members. The band has released three studio albums so far (Human Grill Party [2013], Madness Unleashed [2015], Infected By Evil [2018]). ANTIPEEWEE are pioneers of the New Wave of German Thrash Metal and are ranked as one of the movement’s most important representatives. Their music blends the typical aggressive sound of Teutonic Metal with influences of Bay Area Thrash. Their lyrics primarily deal with the horror creatures by writer H.P. Lovecraft. ANTIPEEWEE are based in Abensberg/Lower Bavaria/Germany.
